Reporting a No Show by your opponent

You can use this facility if BOTH players have confirmed a time for a match but your opponent has not shown
at the scheduled time. You should wait at least 20 minutes for your opponent to show up for a match.
If they have not shown in this time you are free to leave or play another match.

To report the results of a played match click on the Reporting button in the Pending Matches table on MyPage for the match in question:
