The League will be organized in divisions.
Each bracket will play a complete internal round-robin.
Brackets are organised in ladder formation. The target size per
division will be 9-10 players. Entry may be limited if necessary
for an appropriate movement.
Each League session runs from the 1st to the second
last day of each month. All match results are due on or
before the second last day of the month. Late postings
may be accepted if prior agreement has been reached with the
host. Our target date is to post brackets by the 1st,
but this date is not guaranteed.
The two highest-ranked players in each division
will move up the ladder to the next highest division. The two lowest ranked players in each division will move down the ladder.
If there are available places in higher divisions due to non-returning
players they will be filled by the highest rank players in the
division below who have not been automatically promoted.
Bracket assignments within a level will be assigned at random.

Scheduling your Matches |
Please ensure that your normal scheduling times are in your profile, as well as the
servers you play on. This is an invaluable aid to scheduling.
Online link up with players is encouraged but if you have not been able to play a match
by the middle of the month then you should start a scheduling correspondence to arrange a time
and location.
If you have sent 2 emails to your opponent without response then it is considered that you have done enough.
Contact the host if you feel you need extra assistance in arranging a match.
|
Forfeits |
Players do not need to apply for
forfeits, they will be granted automatically at month's end based upon scheduling emails.
Emails sent in the last 2 days will be ignored unless they are part of a
continuing communication between players. You cannot expect a forfeit win if your first email is
sent less than 2 days from the end of play regardless of whether your opponent has scheduled or not.
Players who have made insufficient effort to play all their matches may be refused entry to the
next month's event.
Players are subject to penalties for failing to complete or attempt to complete
matches. In general, players who receive forfeit losses on more than half their matches will be
prohibited from play in the following month. Penalty points are cumulative and will be removed at the rate of 25%
per month. For a complete explanation of penalty points follow this
link.
