The League will be organized in divisions.
Each bracket will play a complete internal round-robin.
There will be one top level bracket (Kings), two Level 2 brackets
(Lords) , four Level 3 brackets (Peasants), and as many Level
4 brackets (Serfs) as are necessary. The target size per
division will be 12 players. Entry may be limited if necessary
for an appropriate movement.
Each League session runs from the 1st to the second
last day of each month. All match results are due on or
before the second last day of the month. Late postings
may be accepted if prior agreement has been reached with the
host. Our target date is to post brackets by the 1st,
but this date is not guaranteed.
The two highest-ranked players in each subdivision
will move up. The number of players moving down is set equal
to the number of players moving up. If the number of players
in a division exceeds 12 an extra player is demoted for each additional place.
If there are available places in higher divisions due to non-returning
players they will be filled by the highest rank players in the
division below who have not been automatically promoted.
Bracket assignments within a level will be assigned at random.

The tournament host has full authority to resolve all disputes. If the host is not immediately available, you may contact any Warp Gammon
host to report the problem.
The tournament host may, where a situation presents itself, modify or depart from the published rules to resolve situations that may compromise the integrity of the event. This will occur only in the cases of unanticipated situations, peculiarities pertaining to internet backgammon play, or where a variation would be manifestly fairer to a large number of players.
Where a decision involves the tournament host, or a decision by the host be challenged, it may, should the interested parties prefer, be resolved by a third party agreeable to all concerned.
